1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following general conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery (unless specified otherwise below).
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags, labels, accessories, and warranty cards (if applicable) intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or invoice is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or specified as non-returnable in the product listing are not eligible unless defective or damaged.
Product-Specific Rules
- Electronics Accessories for the Gym (e.g., Fitness Trackers, Wireless Earbuds):
- Must include all original accessories (e.g., chargers, manuals) and warranty cards.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened or defective. Used electronics are not eligible unless faulty.
- Return window: 7 days from delivery.
- Workout Clothing (e.g., Gym Wear, Leggings):
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted if the clothing has been tried on beyond checking fit or shows signs of use (e.g., sweat, deodorant marks).
- Return window: 7 days from delivery.
- Digital Products (e.g., E-books):
- Non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except in cases of technical issues (e.g., file not accessible due to our error).
- Refunds for undelivered digital products must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to request a return:

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), in which case we will reimburse the shipping cost.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Method:
- For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.), refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (please provide bank details) or as store credit, based on your preference.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- We will arrange a free return pickup (where available) or reimburse your shipping cost and provide a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund, as per your choice.
- For defective electronics accessories, a replacement or refund will be offered only after verification of the fault.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at help@dreammarts.com or WhatsApp (+91 9433144836). A full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- For digital products, cancellation is possible only if the download link has not been accessed.
- After Shipment: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy above.
6. Exceptions
- Products purchased during special promotions or sales may have limited return conditions, specified on the product page.
- Electronics accessories with tampered seals or missing components will not be eligible for return unless defective.
